Bike - 60 min on trainer - interval session: 4x[30sec hard/30sec easy], 2x2min just below race pace on 2 min recovery, 2 x 2 min at race pace on 2 min recovery, 4 x [30sec standing sprint/30 sec seated sprint]
Lower body strength, push ups (3 x 10)

Swim - 2500m, 43:10
Run - 40 min, about 4 miles
